The Lexicon Youth Ambassador Program is a unique program that offers leadership development training to teens. Our program is led by a team of International Experts and U.S. based Faculty Mentors. Our program is designed to help teens develop important skills such as communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork, which can be valuable not only in their future careers, but also in their personal lives and relationships.

Leadership training can help teens understand their potential to make a positive impact in their communities and the world at large. When you enroll in the Lexicon Mentorship Programs, you’ll gain practical experience by working with international mentors in various projects in the regions where each of our mentors are based. Our mentors are currently working on projects that are focused on education, health, and human rights. Students will have the opportunity to apply the skills acquired in the Leadership Program to make an impact on a real project.
