The Lexicon Youth Ambassador Program is a unique program that offers leadership development training to teens. Our program is led by a team of International Experts and U.S. based Faculty Mentors. If you want to become a change maker and make a positive impact in the world, then this program is perfect for you. 

Personal development

Our program is designed to   help teens develop important skills such as communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and teamwork, which can be valuable not only in their future careers, but also in their personal lives and relationships. 

Career preparation

Many careers, especially in business and public service, require strong leadership skills. By learning about leadership and gaining practical experience, teens can better prepare themselves for future career opportunities.

Community impact 

Leadership training can help teens understand their potential to make a positive impact in their communities and the world at large. This can inspire them to get involved in causes they care about and to make a difference in their communities. When you enroll in the Lexicon Mentorship Programs, you’ll gain practical experience by working with international mentors in various projects in the regions where each of our mentors are based. Our mentors are currently working on projects that are focused on education, health, and human rights. Students will have the opportunity to apply the skills acquired in the Leadership Program to make an impact on a real project.

After completing our program, leadership candidates  have improved your self-confidence and developed a sense of purpose. By taking on leadership roles and responsibilities in school, at home and in your community, you can gain a sense of accomplishment and pride in your abilities.
