1. Introduction
Welcome to the Lexicon Ambassador Program (the “Program”). By submitting your application, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully. By applying for and participating in the Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for admission to the Lexicon Ambassador Program, applicants must be at least 13 years of age. The Program reserves the right to review and approve or deny any application based on merit and availability of spaces at the time of review.
3. Application and Admission
Admission to the Program is provisional and is based on the merit of the application, availability of seats, and successful completion of the application process. The Program reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion.
If any information provided in the application is found to be false or misleading, the Program may cancel admission immediately, without refund.
4. Program Fees and Payment
All Program fees are due in full before joining the Program. Payments must be made according to the instructions provided by the Program.
In the event that a fee payment is dishonoured or fails to process, the Program reserves the right to cancel or suspend your participation in the Program at its discretion.
5. Refund Policy
Non-Refundable Fees: Once Program fees have been paid, they are non-refundable under any circumstances, including withdrawal, cancellation, or expulsion from the Program.
Withdrawal: If a student chooses to withdraw from the Program at any time, they will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
Expulsion or Removal: If a student is expelled or removed from the Program due to non-payment of fees, violations of the Code of Conduct, or any other reason deemed appropriate by the Program administrators, no refund will be provided.
6. Use of Student’s Image and Content
As part of the Program, students may be required to participate in Zoom-based classes, which may involve the use of their camera and microphone. Students’ images and audio may be recorded during these sessions.
By enrolling in the Program, students grant the Lexicon Ambassador Program permission to use their recorded images, videos, and other content for educational and promotional purposes. All content produced by students, including study materials, projects, and assignments, will be the exclusive property of the Lexicon Ambassador Program. The Program reserves the right to repost and use this content as part of its curriculum and for promotional purposes.
7. Code of Conduct
The Lexicon Ambassador Program maintains a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, and disruptive behavior. All students are expected to behave professionally and respectfully while participating in the Program.
Any student found violating the Program’s Code of Conduct will be immediately removed from the Program, and all fees paid will be forfeited.
8. Expulsion and Removal
Students may be expelled or removed from the Program for the following reasons:
Non-payment of fees.
Violation of the Program’s rules and Code of Conduct.
Engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior during classes or interactions with other students.
Any other conduct deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the Program by the Program administrators.
9. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, and intellectual property produced during the Program, including but not limited to assignments, presentations, study guides, and projects, are the property of the Lexicon Ambassador Program.
The Program reserves the right to use and distribute any materials created during your enrollment, including the ability to repost and distribute such materials to other students for educational purposes.
10. Privacy Policy

11. Limitation of Liability
The Lexicon Ambassador Program is not responsible for any technical issues, disruptions, or problems related to the use of Zoom, Moodle, or other platforms used for the delivery of the Program.
The Program is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damages arising from participation in the Program, unless caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Program administrators.
12. Amendments
The Lexicon Ambassador Program reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes to the terms will be posted on the Program’s website. Continued participation in the Program after such changes have been made will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting your application to the Lexicon Ambassador Program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document. You also confirm that you agree to the Program’s refund policy, the Code of Conduct, and the Privacy Policy.
14. Governing Law
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Lexicon Ambassador Program operates.
